The Condo Web Manager interface demo that is provided here, is intended to show and demonstrate how this service works; feel free to click around on the different buttons in order to see their use; the Condo Web Manager presents two different modules:
1- The Condo Manager Module:
This module present Information and Services that are provided by the Property Management Company to all visitors and users coming to the web site; you will find general information such as Home, F.A.Q, Company Profile, Forms, Our Staff, Newsletter, Management Services, General Services and Links of Interest. Also, you will have access to different services such as Payments, Estoppels, Service Request and Contact us form.
2- The Property Management Module:
This module handles all Information and Services which are provided ONLY to the users of specific condominiums; when clicking on Managed Properties, you will be prompted to a secure site, where you will be asked an User ID and Password to access information; once you passed the security level, you will find information about Minutes, Rules & Regulations, Notices & Events, Project in Progress and Condo Insurance of a particular condo account.
A Real Estate Module is been offered as an optional feature; this module is open to all visitors and it offers to all condominiums homeowners the possibility to find or show different properties that are for sale or for rent. It is an attractice service to association homeowners looking to advertise their properties in a cost effective manner.
Note: All of the information and services contained within the pages of the 3 modules describe above are controled as well as managed "on line" through an administrative section; this means that you have total control of your site at any given time.
