| Product Description: (storyboard) The idea is to present an integrated marketing product or service campaign that will run for a period of 4 months (16 weeks) consisting on 3 spots from 20 up to 30 seconds approximately: - 20/30 seconds - "Introduction of Campaign" = (5 slides @ 4 seconds each) Dynamic Slide Video Presentation (includes Graphics, Still Images and Narration). This section will contact users with the first 3 "e-mails" and it is gear to announce the intention to introduce a Product or Service coming to the market: narration need to let know users that a "second batch" with the Offer will come in the near future (create expectation) - 20/30 seconds - "Video Presentation of Products or Services" = Benefits and Product/Service Features (includes Graphics, Still Images, Video and Narration). This can include some of the previous slides (5 to 10 seconds) plus a video clip (10 to 15 seconds) in site (offices, Headquarters, street, etc.) stating the "offer" and asking to "buy" plus a motivation to action. - 20/30 seconds - "Campaign Closing" = Video Sales and Promotion speech + Contact link to redeem certificates or gifts (includes Graphics, Still Images and Narration). This section will go directly to motivate user to "Act Now" giving FREE Gifts, Discounts or Certificates. Video E-mail campaign Time Duration: Each of the 20/30 seconds Video/Voice E-mail mentioned above will be e-mailed to client base (e-mail list) once a week (total 16 weeks or 4 months), for a period of 4 months (may vary or extended). The order of mailings is set as follow: First Mailing= "Introduction of Campaign" = duration 2 weeks. Second Mailing= "Video Presentation of Products or Services" = duration 5 weeks. Third Mailing= "Campaign Closing" = duration 9 weeks Where this Video E-mail will reside? When Video Dimension will do actual mailing or distributing the Video E-mails, they will reside in Video Dimension server ready to download the Video E-mail when users link to it from Post-Card email. Emails list: (Additional by third parties or rented) All list must be double opt-in, purged and targeted (SIC-CODE); Clients e-mail lists copy must be given via CD or DVD or electronically transfered by email to: vdm@videodim.com. Video Dimension may help to find e-mail list for rent based on target market criteria (SIC-CODE). Prices can run from $0.15 cents up to $2.00 per email address accordingly with availability, target level (general or specific) and quantity (inquire with us 305 223-9104 to get a quote if the need arises). Who will send Video E-mail to clients? When Video Dimension will be in charge to send Video E-mails to clients base list, they will be sent once a week by Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (higher CTR) during morning hours to each e-mail from clients list and will provide all necessary CAN-SPAM Compliance Act as order by law; we will provide an "Unsubscribe E-mail Box" where people can reject e-mails and we will retrieve them from the provided client list as they come. Also, we will provide a "Bounced E-mail Box" for all e-mail bounced by "non-residence of e-mail in servers" to help purge lists for subsequent mailings. An "E-mail Sending Report" will be issue at the end of the contracted period. In the case a third company will be in charge of the electronic mailing (rent list), they will be in charge of the CAN-SPAM Compliance Act as well as all details concerning their list effectiveness; in this case Video Dimension will be supervising and following up results through servers and reports given by the rental list company. An "E-mail Sending Report" will be issue by e-mailing company at the end of the contracted period with evaluation. Controls and Implementation of Video Email campaign: Every campaign need to have some level of measuring its results; Video E-mail campaign will have: - Server Statistics readings to determine e-mail "click through rate" (note: web site need to reside in our servers in order to do follow ups). - A "Gift/Certificate or promotional program" will need to put in place to determine level of effective response. - "Unsubscribe E-mail Box" and "Bounced E-mail Box" will help determine reliability of E-mail Lists. - Analysis of company sales based on promotion program will help determine campaign effectiveness and ROI (Return over Investment). Based on this results an evaluation will be done to continue or implement changes to future campaigns. |
