3. Top priority on System\Database problems includes: (if chosen $200.00 per month (payable in Advance per Semester).
a. Run one data base upload once a month (including uploading new data once a month).
b. Will inspect database and run the compact utility (access database) once a month. This will enable the database to run at optimal performance and parse all deleted records.
c. When Domain and Database will be residing on 3rd. party servers, we will fix any problem with the code that is related to the original untouched code. Note: If the code was change in any way or the problem relates to a server problem other than our server, the Client will have to pay the standard $200,00 /hr.
